The future of work has always been evolving, but in the past few years, it feels like the rate of change has increased dramatically. We've seen changes in business structure, such as the ability to work from home, and more companies have prioritized diversity and inclusion in workplace culture.
While it can push us outside of our comfort zone, we should remember that change within an organization has many positive aspects. Change pushes us to learn new things to spark innovation, develop new skills, and potentially find better business opportunities.
So, what change are you currently pursuing?
💪 Featured Work — Omega
The Omega Institute’s old website was outdated and sprawling. Users had difficulty finding and registering for the workshops and on-campus stays, which are responsible for a large portion of the institute’s revenue. They needed a new, innovative website that would intuitively showcase its deep product catalog and articles while tightly integrating with its custom, in-house event and accommodations management systems.
Our team delivered a wholly reimagined website that would digitally change how Omega marketed its unique offerings. Some of the website’s innovative features included a custom eCommerce solution, a powerful decoupled search, a tiered membership system, customizable donation pathways, and multiple integrations with the other properties in their digital ecosystem.
